We have a group or awesome volunteers working now, but we have many more needs.
Please look through these Volunteer needs and ask the Lord if he is calling you to help.
Then reply to this post if interested in having a discussion with Rick or another Backstage leader about filing these needs.
Volunteers Needed for the B2T Ministry:
Group Trainers (5) - Replicate Prayer and Support Zoom groups. Get training from Rick/Gus/Tammy. Attend each group periodically and train, make suggestions, encourage each group. Assure each group is prepared to invite the hurting for prayer
B2T Operation Tomahawk (5): Get trained on Operation Tomahawk from Ron (Patriot Street Fighter’s Scott McKay’s leader), take leads in and move people through the Patriot Switch Tour. Help create a powerful team that can get more patriots to switch which will defund the Cabal and help fund the B2T Ministry. Can also help build an income for volunteers in a commission based structure (but this is NOT an MLM).
Backstage Monitors (1) Need a person familiar with basic video editing (Improve experience for Backstage, Assure Zoom recordings get to Kajabi backstage, help answer backstage questions for customer service, assure website is working, help new members navigate) - Gus & need one more
Social Media Coordinator (2) - Videos to Tic-Tok. Help post to all Social Media. Keep Neighborhood active. T-Shirt contests, etc. Cecelia and need 1 more
Marketing Coordinators (2) - Help create Sponsor Ads, write emails and work with existing tech team to organize Sponsor advertising on Website and Neighborhood
Ministry Fund Raiser (2) - Communicate Ministry Vision/Mission, Create/communicate Roadmap, Create Give Send Go, Investigate NFT strategy for Neighborhood, etc.
Filled Volunteer Positions:
Neighborhood Monitors (2) (Look for inappropriate comments, warn people, block people, encourage activity, etc.) -Lois and Gloria
Zoom Group Coordinator (2) - Meetings with leaders, move inactive groups, communicate plans, assist with best practices, get the Word out - Tammy, Gloria
Conflict Resolution Coordinator (1) - Paula H. Use Neighborhood form and other methods to let people know w have a process. Execute process.
Sponsor Coordinator (2) (Monitor current sponsors, schedule for Monday sessions, Get new sponsors, Edit Ads on Neighborhood) - Gus, Brian and Paula H.
