Her new book is Infiltration Instead of Invasion: America Betrayed 1944-1954. The title comes from John F. Kennedy's 1961 speech to the press, where he warned of a conspiracy relying on infiltration instead of invasion and subversion instead of elections. Mel K argues Kennedy was not describing communism overseas. She believes he was describing something already operating inside the United States, and she went back to the documents to find out what.
