Dr. Carrie Madej joins The B2T Show for a conversation about faith, calling, and the events that reshaped her life. An osteopathic internal medicine physician, she describes her early disillusionment with parts of the system she trained in and her introduction to transhumanism around 2013 — including a business owners' meeting in metro Atlanta where, she says, executives spoke openly about connecting human bodies to the internet. From there she raises the ethical questions she's been asking ever since about Neuralink, gene-editing research, and who ultimately holds control over a human being, along with the spiritual lineage she traces from Nimrod through Operation Paperclip to CERN.

The heart of the interview is her account of the private plane crash four years ago. The engine failed on a single-engine aircraft, and she describes praying with one hand on the wall and one on the ceiling before reaching a place of peace. Pine branches filled the windshield. She came to with five fractured vertebrae, no rescuers on the way, and an hour on the ground before help arrived — a recovery her doctors did not expect and one she credits to worldwide intercessory prayer. She's now fully healed and writing a book about it, likely titled It's Not About Me, It's About God.
